Jennifer Payne, principle designer and owner of The Glasswing Company, LLC began her career in 2000, with an internship at an interior design firm based in the north Chicago suburbs after obtaining her BFA in Interior Design. This opportunity gave her the chance to learn the business of model home merchandising, private home staging and high-end residential design. Instantly, she fell in love with designing model home interiors and staging, and knew she wanted to build her career around this specialty.

Over the last 21 years, Jennifer's career has transformed into a combination of working with builders & developers designing model homes, staging homes for sale with private sellers and realtors, and designing high-end residential interiors.
She has been fortunate enough to have done hundreds of projects in 16 states across the country, immersing herself and her staff in home-building & design trends nationwide, as well as having a keen sensibility of merchandising trends in home décor retail.
This experience resulted in her achieving her dream of establishing The Glasswing Company in 2006 where she set the company standards high for the type of SERVICE EXCELLENCE she feels is crucial to achieving great partnerships with her clients.
The Glasswing Company employs the most creatively talented and passionate designers, who demonstrate the company mission of providing personalized service, while crafting inspired interiors specific to each client’s needs, in both home staging and residential design.
